The present application has been filed seeking grant of interim bail to the applicant in FIR No.316/2025 dated 1st May, 2025 for offences under Sections 103(1)/3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (‘BNS’) registered at P.S. Sultan Puri, Delhi, for the purposes of completing the necessary formalities for admission of the minor daughter of the applicant in a School.
2. Status report has been handed over in Court today and the same is taken on record.

7. Copy of the order be given dasti to counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner under signatures of the Court Master.
